Sometimes, we aren't sure what causes our distress, but we can sense we're not reaching our potential for health, happiness, or success. That's where I come in. My job is to listen, help you understand the root causes of your issues, break unwanted patterns, and teach you practical tools to change your life. Therapy isn't always easy, but neither is the distress you're feeling now. And it's ok to need help; we all do.
Together, we'll build customized goals and an actionable plan. I'm qualified to help with a variety of challenges; however, I specialize in helping teens, adults, and couples improve communication, set healthy boundaries, learn to regulate emotions, increase confidence, stop people-pleasing, heal from trauma, overcome insecurity, and reduce overthinking.
I commonly help with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, PTSD/CPTSD, addiction and eating disorders. I currently practice as an LMFT at Caring Connected in Valencia and have 9+ years of experience across drug/alcohol rehabilitations, college campus health centers, and private practice settings.
