The treatment I provide is developed to support the whole person through addressing the biological, sociological, and psychological components of wellness. I specialize in treating symptoms and behaviors related to trauma (PTSD, cPTSD, vicarious trauma), depression, Autism, ADHD, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, substance use disorders, and sleep hygiene.
