We start with, and always come back to the present moment (mindfulness) and building insight. You will learn to inhabit and listen to your body, and take mindful action.
Empowering you to trust yourself again is my passion. This might mean healing from the past and making concrete changes to propel you forward, but I’ll be here every step of the way with compassion, understanding, and creative, practical tools.
