Anger Management for Teens (High School students)
Teens deal with a lot, developmentally adolescences is a difficult time. The pressure to be socially accepted, an the ability to adjust to new situations is often overwhelming. This group teaches assertive communication skills, anger management, self-awareness, self-control, empathy and interpersonal skills. Participants improve anger, frustration, anxiety and decrease argumentativeness, improve social skills, champion bullying & aggressive behaviors. Techniques learned will help to improve functioning at school, the community and home.
