I understand through personal loss and struggles, the realness of living in a broken world. However, I have also experienced the internal transformation of hope, courage, and wholeness. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, who is trained in EMDR, Neurofeedback, and Play/Art/Music Therapy. Since being licensed I have had additional training and am currently a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and a Certified Multiple Addictions Therapist (CMAT) Alcohol/Chemical Dependency. I have been married for 44 years, raised 4 healthy adults and enjoy my grandchildren. I have lived in the Middle East and France, traveled to 44 countries and know from experience that at times, life can be very challenging.

I have been a clinical social worker for over 25 years. I have a broad base of knowledge and am comfortable with dealing with all types of issues. I have worked in foster care and adoptions, worked with elderly and hospice work. currently working with children with behavioral and emotional issues from Autism to Oppositional defiance. I am solution focused and realize people want to stop feeling or experiencing the issues that bring them to seek help. I have and continue to work closely with individuals who suffer with substance abuse problems.
