I am a professional counselor licensed in the state of Texas with over 10 years of experience working as a therapist and life coach. I have worked with clients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, personality disorders, and adjustment disorders, relationship issues, parenting problems, financial challenges, mental health issues, and addictions as well as many people who have experienced physical trauma and emotional abuse.

There's an exhaustion & isolation that often come with these struggles. Clients I work with may feel trapped in a cycle, simultaneously yearning for change and fearing it. These behaviors & feelings can become deeply ingrained in one's identity, making the idea of letting go daunting. I want my clients to know there's more to them than their struggles.
