I’m passionate about working with adults and couples who have experienced trauma, battled depression, faced difficult life transitions, and struggled with compulsive sexuality or other addictions. With couples, I'm deeply committed to helping them rebuild their relationships into something solid, navigate through challenging times, and reconnect. Through my training and experience, I use EMDR, Brainspotting, part’s work, mindfulness, attachment work, and other evidence based approaches in my practice. Each approach is used to process difficult experiences and develop skills to handle life’s challenges and live authentically.
I'm here to provide a warm and accepting space that you can rediscover your sense of well-being. It takes bravery to reach out and trust someone else with the intimate struggles in our lives, and I’m passionate about offering an environment of understanding and compassion. I pair this space with evidence based support to help create lasting change.

Groups
Interpersonal Process Group
Interpersonal Groups are unstructured and process oriented. They are particularly useful for individuals who face relationship issues. In process groups, 4 to 10 individuals meet face to face to learn about themselves, gain skills to use outside of therapy, give and receive support, and learn to get our relational needs met. These groups are founded on trust, mutual support, and understanding. Process groups can be a valuable source to understanding ourselves and changing unhelpful patterns in relationships.
