My main focus and specialty is helping those suffering with substance use and addiction. Having been down my own path of addiction and now recovery, I am able to truly know where you have been and have sat in your same seat. Along with substance use, I work with individuals having difficulty with their depression, anxiety, and learning to launch into their next stage of life.

We provide court approved Forensic Evaluations for substance use, anger management and psychological testing services. My career in counseling started with inpatient stabilization and treatment settings treating all ages in both mental health and addiction. After completing my undergraduate studies at Mercer University, I embraced the life of an entrepreneur. This journey brought many valuable insights that enhanced my understanding of human lived experiences. To a greater extent, this period heightened my ability to effectively connect and empathize with people of all walks of life. Over time I have adopted techniques from many disciplines within the field of psychotherapy. DBT, CBT and Solution Focused Therapy are those I most frequently employ. They offer much needed practical tools for patients in moments of acute crisis and provide the critical avenues to hope and motivation.
