It is an honor to be trusted to collaborate with my clients on their healing journey. I work diligently to empower each individual to reawaken to their innate wisdom and strengths within a stigma-free and judgment-free environment. I specialize in helping those with complex trauma, attachment wounds, and adverse life experiences resulting in toxic shame and patterns of feeling "stuck". I also work with problematic substance use, habitual problematic behaviors, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
In my work I offer an authentic, direct and nurturing style while tailoring to the specific needs of each individual. My approach is steeped in the field of interpersonal neurobiology, with the belief that change occurs through safety and trust. I utilize a variety of somatic, mindfulness and resourcing techniques to help with this process.
I am also trained specifically in the IFS/EMDR protocol, a powerful tool assisting with the healing of complex trauma, attachment wounds as well as addiction. Living in today's world and navigating life's stressors can feel overwhelming. I believe Brene Brown says it best, "We don't have to do it all alone. We were never meant to."
