My approach to therapy is collaborative, direct and engaging. I offer a safe, welcoming and compassionate environment for reflection and deepening awareness. I help my clients to explore their habitual patterns that may be keeping them stuck and offer skills and tools for change. My strengths include my warmth and authenticity, my sense of humor and my ability to teach and empower.
I see clients whose issues include trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions and life transitions. I work with people individually and also with couples.
I have training in cognitive, psychodynamic and body centered models of therapy, including EMDR, TFT, EFT and Mindfulness. In addition, I have many years of experience as an addictions specialist.
