I'm here to help you fulfill the potential you have for joy, connection, and success.

I use the Internal Family Systems model to help you get to the real origins of low self worth, anxiety, and problematic behaviors. I guide you through the process of finding, caring for, and healing the parts of you that are hurting. This shame-free, focused approach can foster powerful shifts in your relationships with yourself and others.
