I have specialized expertise in providing evidenced-based therapy to treat PTSD, adjustment from military service, relationship dissatisfaction, couple therapy, insomnia, pain, anxiety, somatic concerns, suicidality, and depression. I also use hypnosis to treat psychological and medical conditions, including smoking cessation, weight loss, irritable bowel syndrome, and anxiety.
