I'm passionate about helping people become more authentic, self-aware, and empowered. A lot of times we begin this by understanding and healing wounds from childhood, past relationships, and other experiences that have left us feeling stuck, anxious, avoidant, and unseen. We now know that trauma, stress, depression, and all psychological experiences are held in the body, making it difficult to move through these with talk therapy alone. I offer EMDR and somatic therapies that support healing in the nervous system for deep, real growth.
Many of my clients are stuck in a rut with their relationships, mariage, online-dating, or situationships. I work individually with clients to help understand and put an end to repeated patterns that don't work. Even if it seems like it's the other person/people causing the issues, we have to explore why those types of people keep showing up in our life.
I also enjoy exploring diagnosed- or suspected- neurodivergence, such as ADHD, Autism, Sensory Processing d/o, giftedness, etc. We are all so complex, and while these labels can't define anybody, it's helpful to understand how we each uniquely navigate the world, especially when it feels like the world is not working with us.
