I strive to see people as individuals and to recognize their unique qualities and talents. I believe that everyone has the capacity for change and my role in this process is to walk with the individual throughout this challenging process. Human beings are creatures of habit, therefore change is difficult for anyone. If you feel alone or defeated then change is that much more challenging.

I have over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, couples and groups. I work with individuals with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Addiction, Substance Abuse,Trauma, Self-Esteem, Bereavement, ADHD, Bipolar, Suicide Ideations and other mental health and addiction issues. I have extensive experience with individuals in and out of therapeutic communities, half-way houses, psychiatric hospitals, group homes and jails/brig.

I see counseling as a partnership between client and therapist. As a trained family counselor, I work with couples, parents with their children and with individual adults .
