At Sub Rosa Therapy, counseling is at the heart of what we do. We offer thoughtful, trauma-informed care for people struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, adjustment challenges, and other forms of emotional distress. Our goal is not just symptom relief, but deeper healing—helping clients feel more grounded, more connected to themselves, and more able to move forward in their lives.
We specialize in integrative counseling approaches such as Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, mindfulness, and other experiential therapies that support healing on emotional, relational, and nervous system levels.
