With over 25 years of experience, I am a licensed psychotherapist serving clients across California and New York through telehealth. I work with individuals, couples, and adult families navigating a wide range of life stages, transitions, and challenges. I specialize in childhood attachment and relational patterns, somatic therapies, intergenerational family systems, and shadow work. I hold degrees from the City College of New York and Columbia University and completed post-graduate training at the Ackerman Institute for the Family. My clients come from diverse backgrounds. I enjoy working with women, couples, Asian Americans, creatives and professionals in media and the arts, and individuals with immigrant and intersectional identities
My therapeutic style is warm, engaged, and collaborative. I strive to create a conversational and authentic space where we can be curious together. Integrating talk therapy with EMDR, I help clients connect with all parts of themselves—making meaning of the past, understanding the present, and creating new possibilities for the future.
