With over 25 years of experience, I am a licensed psychotherapist serving clients in California and New York over telehealth from my practice in Santa Monica, CA. I support individuals, couples and adult families at various life stages, challenges and transitions. Themes of my work with clients include, but are not limited to mental health, career, performance, self esteem, family/parenting, and relationships with a focus on early childhood, attachment, relational work, the intergenerational family, and shadow work. In addition, I support individuals, couples and adult families impacted by illness and loss.
A graduate of City College of New York, Columbia University and Ackerman Institute for the Family, I serve clients from various walks of life. I enjoy working with and supporting women, couples, families, Asian Americans, creatives and diverse professionals in media and the arts, and clients with intercultural, immigrant and intersectional identities.
I have a warm, connected, and engaged style. My approach is conversational, authentic and collaborative. My goal is to be with you genuinely and be curious, to support you seeing and nurturing all parts of you, and to make meaning of your past, present and future. Ultimately, leading to healing, choices and change.
