My job is not to judge you--it's to listen, help you understand the root causes of your difficulties, and teach you practical tools to help change your life.

Together, we can build customized goals and an actionable plan. I'm qualified to help with a variety of challenges; however, I specialize in helping men and adolescents heal from addiction, anxiety, depression, and posttraumatic stress. I also enjoy helping victims of abuse/violence and working with clients to cope with grief/loss and career-related issues.

I currently practice as an LMFT in Valencia and have 6+ years of experience across drug/alcohol rehabilitation and private practice settings. In addition to in-person sessions, I offer video and phone sessions. I also offer the ability to make payments, send messages, and fill out forms in a secure, online Client Portal.
