I incorporate mind-body interventions to assist clients in discovering their inner strengths as they align with mind, body and spirit.
While I believe in all modalities of treatment, no one approach is right for everyone. I most frequently use a direct, collaborative, person-centered approach, combining decades of personal and professional experience with understanding from my own journey of self discovery.
