Adult, Couples, Family, and Men's work. I help families and Individuals build relationships and make changes. My personal style and philosophy is Relational based in Humanistic, Family Systems and Gestalt theory. I also have a Wilderness therapy background, having worked with at Risk teens and Families in a Wilderness Residential Treatment Facility.

I work with Adults, Couples, Families (parnet coaching), and I do men's work in a variety of settings, Individual, and Group, Indoors and in the "Great Out Doors", and struggling with a variety of issues. Including: Depression and anxiety, Alcohol & Drug abuse, Poor Self-Esteem, Peer relations, School/ Work related issues, ADD, Anxiety and Trauma.

The Couples work I do is based on the training of Stan Taktin and his PACT therory. He is the author of several books and training in many countries.
