I help adults and couples access what is happening beneath the surface. Drawing from Hakomi, Lifespan Integration, and attachment-based approaches, we work toward greater regulation, clearer boundaries, and a stronger sense of self. Many clients find they feel less driven by old patterns and more present in their lives.
