Hello! Thank you for checking my page and considering working with me. I'm a licensed psychologist and certified group psychotherapist who works with adults looking to makes changes in how they are feeling and functioning. I currently offer individual therapy (virtual only) and group therapy (virtual and in-person) services to help people better understand themselves and their relationships.
I take a flexible and integrated approach to therapy, which means that I pull from a variety of therapeutic styles and evidence-based treatments. I specialize in group psychotherapy and working with complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety/panic, interpersonal stress, and life dissatisfaction.
I strive to provide my clients with a space that feels collaborative, safe, and empowering while also challenging them to grow and take a closer look at how they may be getting in their own way. Our first session together will focus on getting to know each other and discussing what is bringing you to therapy.
