I specialize in a variety of CBT related therapeutic modalities for clients dealing with anxiety, life transitions, stress, relational issues, substance abuse and ADHD. After an initial evaluation with patients, determining the most pressing needs, we will begin to establish a pathway for overcoming, a pathway complete with trust and understanding.
We all have our own unique gifts as human beings. Mine is centered in a desire for understanding people and their stories, and a deep care in helping help them attain their best self.
