There is little in this life I have found more uplifting then helping people overcome challenges and return to experiencing life in the present moment, where there is true peace, joy, and stillness. I believe in the power of each individual to take control of their lives and in doing so - accomplish their goals, feel happy, present and alive. We benefit from connecting to a trusted source we can share deeply personal things with, opening ourselves in vulnerable ways with no risk of judgment. I take great pride in being that person for many and am blessed to do this work. This is my gift and I look forward to sharing it with you.
I specialize in person-centered therapy, CBT, DBT, and a humanistic approach for a host of issues including depression, stress, anxiety, relationships, family issues, & grief and loss. I believe that the work we do as professionals in this field should be based in a foundation of trust and care. Once that is established, the real work can begin.
I have come to realize that we all have certain gifts as human beings in our own unique way. Mine is centered in a fascination with people - a genuine care for them along with a desire to help them attain their best self.
