My ideal client is someone who wishes to work with me and believes that based on on my education and experience that I can help them improve the quality of their life through improved mental function and/or cognitive/perceptual shifts. My adult clients are often in a place of transition either personally or professionally. Sometimes we are dealing with profound feelings of loss or changes in life patterns. My clients want to successfully adapt and move forward. I am here to support them with that.
For pre-teens and teens on the spectrum my practice promotes “buy-in” and “active engagement” because it’s fun to come to the farm. The most important aspect of therapy is showing up. Once here we can work on whatever it is that is causing difficulty and/or conflict at school or at home. For adults we can move at the pace and in the direction you choose.
My practice space is a holistic and welcoming environment. As a therapist I am non-judge mental and I encourage my clients to express their thoughts and feelings openly in a safe and supportive environment.
