My practice is built around providing Peak Performance Neurofeedback to adults and adolescents. I believe stress management therapy can be tremendously beneficial in many ways, but particularly by targeting the root of the problem, the brain itself.
EEG Neurofeedback is a non-invasive approach that helps the brain improve efficiency and self-regulation. Brain activity is monitored in real time and reflected back to the individual, allowing the brain to recognize and reinforce more balanced, adaptive patterns of activity.
I am able to quickly build rapport with male clients who are uncomfortable in therapeutic situations and those who have difficulty expressing their emotions.
