I work with adults and adolescents seeking relief from anxiety, trauma, depression, chronic pain, sleep difficulties, and challenges following head injury. Many feel overwhelmed or have struggled to find lasting relief. I also welcome those seeking peak performance and those who feel uncomfortable in traditional therapy. With 15 years of neurofeedback experience, I combine individualized neurofeedback, psychotherapy, and stress-management strategies. I specialize in stress management, integrating somatic and cognitive psychotherapy with drug-free, noninvasive neurofeedback. This approach addresses the connection between thoughts and bodily stress responses, with the goal of strengthening self-regulation and helping you apply skills learned in therapy to everyday life.
