I have the uncanny ability to use an array of innovative plans, therapy styles, and resources to develop ideal solutions for many therapeutic, community and systematic problems in order to empower a vast client base.

I help my clients gain insight into their lives. I encourage client collaboration to choose goals and pace their therapy. Together, we take a non-judgmental view of emotions, thoughts, belief system and patterns adopted to cope with distress. In therapy, clients often discover how their defenses developed and how they presently affect them. The freedom to discard old patterns releases associated shame and encourages forgiveness and acceptance. I work to empower clients to learn about mindful choice and develop healthy relationships. Success is witnessing clients reclaim their authentic voice and live their authentic selves.
