I primarily provide individual therapy to adults (ages 18-45) who wish to address acute or long-term trauma, specifically childhood sexual abuse/sexual assault but other traumas as well. I approach each client through a developmental lens, understanding that concerns manifest differently depending on one's age and developmental stage at the time of the trauma as well as at the time of treatment. I also am available to work with parents, many who are navigating challenges associated with helping a child who has been traumatized, who wish to explore more positive discipline strategies.

I support couples to improve relationship & communication, and manage conflict in a desirable way. I work with children age 5-12 only if their parents are willing to engage fully in therapy.

Coping with fertility issues can be all-consuming, isolating, and difficult to manage for even the most resilient people and their partners. I like to support clients during their journey by encouraging the integration of mind and body, which serves to help the individual process their current grief and build skills for coping with it. I support women with healthy pregnancies as they manage the normative role changes they experience as they become parents.

My overall approach is collaborative and client-centered, with a commitment to anti-oppression in every facet of my work.
