Sometimes life can become stressful and challenging. Occasionally, people make choices to try to correct their problems, when in turn, it can make their issues more difficult. Whether these issues stem from a unhealthy marriage/relationship, career/job unhappiness, family problems, or just feeling "stuck", there are answers. Through her training as an EMDR therapist, Molly has become increasingly interested and passionate about trauma work, but also enjoys working with individuals (preteen and older), couples and families, with issues such as anxiety, depression, identity, interpersonal relationships, marital concerns, and more. She is a certified Prepare/Enrich provider, and has training in EMDR, CBT, and parts work and various other modalities.
