I connect well with with individuals, young to middle age adults. Establishing a trusting relationship with you is high priority for me and will begin from the first visit. Currently, I am doing teletherapy session for anyone in the state of Texas and I utilize HIPPA compliant patient portal and video teletherapy.

My specialty is working with couples who have been impacted by substance abuse, along with those that have stopped believing in themselves. I believe in working with the whole family system focusing on healing the internal conflict that lies within the system. I do this by using several therapeutic approaches such as Internal Family Systems, Structural Family Therapy, Emotional Focused Couples Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I work with my clients on addressing attachment injuries, internal conflict, finding internal balance, and increasing individuals' confidence in themselves.

Charlotte uses an integrated family approach to include the entire family in the treatment process.
