We offer non-invasive Trans-Cranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), a state of the art treatment for depression, anxiety and OCD. We will work with your insurance company to get you authorized. You only need to focus on your restoration. Footprints was started by a therapist who realized that often times the services provided to low socio-economic communities is lacking quality care. We noticed these communities were confronted with long wait times, disrespectful admins, and subpar treatment. The one and only purpose was to exploit the community for profit without providing the level of care deserved. Feel Better Therapy began from the inspiration to provide quality mental health care to the poorest of communities and treating the clients of this community the same way a rich patient would be treated in a clinic treating affluent clients.

My approach prioritizes the individual's needs, focusing on identity exploration, life transitions, and overall well-being enhancement. Creating a safe, nonjudgmental space is integral to my practice. I believe in empowering clients to direct their counseling journey, fostering self-advocacy and empowerment throughout our sessions.

I am dedicated to helping you through mental health, family, and couples issues with empathy and expertise. Your first session will always be offered within 7 days, and guiding you to your "best self" is my priority. As owner of practice Whole Wellness Services, I have designed a treatment team of experts that are solution focused and utilize evidence based practices while retaining a holistic philosophy. I conduct CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), TF-CBT (trauma-focused CBT), ABA (behavioral therapy), solution-focused therapy, and structural and strategic family therapy.
