Ellen Douglas is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor who has lived and worked in the Raleigh area since 2008. Her approach to therapy draws upon the strengths and needs of each individual working from various therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Structural Family Therapy. Ellen's style is collaborative and supportive. She strives to create a safe space that allows clients to process, explore, question, and challenge their thought processes and behaviors.

Arianna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from North Carolina State University. She has worked with children, teens, and their families in community-based settings, specializing in underserved and high-risk populations. Arianna utilizes a strengths-based approach with a systems lens to work with children as young as 4 years old, teenagers, and young adults. She works with individuals on emotional regulation, anger management, anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, ADD/ADHD, ODD, parenting skills, and more!

I want to help everyone. I particularly have experience in working with patients with anxiety, depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Conduct Disorder, and Substance Use Disorders. I will work with both children and adults. I want clients to become the best version of themselves. Welcome! I am Beth Gaudette, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Raleigh, here to help support you during life's daily and complex challenges. I graduated from North Carolina State University with an MSW. My therapy experience focuses on many concerns, including anxiety, depression, family conflict, and parenting, working with a wide range of clients but specializing in working with adolescents through adulthood. Unfortunately, shame and guilt are too prominent in our world, and as a provider offering a space without judgment is essential for clients to reach their goals.
