We are passionate about educating about symptoms and assisting individuals and families with the skills to promote healthy coping skills.

My clients are often experiencing stressors related to burnout, life transitions, life stagnation, relationships, perfectionism, Imposter Syndrome, high achievement/striving, challenging family dynamics, & struggling with managing anxiety/depression symptoms, addictions, or just feeling "stuck". The goal is to find your peace, recognize that you are not separated by your mental, physical, & spiritual health but interdependently connected by them.

I work with individuals, couples, and families and utilize models of treatment that focus on healthy relationships, emotional awareness and expression, increasing positive self-talk and improving quality of life. I have experience working in the community mental health field, as well as in Inpatient and Outpatient Dual Diagnosis Substance Use and Mental Health Treatment centers. I utilize modalities of treatment including Emotion-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

The Safety Net Youth Services, is a Nonprofit organization, our goal is to provide enrichment services for communities, families, children, in crisis, in the state of Georgia. Our agency is a was established in 11/2015. Our agency offers the following services; Intervention/Prevention, Child Development, Social Awareness, Outreach, Assessments (Substance abuse, Anger Management, and Trauma), Group/Family/Individual Counseling Sessions. Mission Statement: To provide services for children and youth in crisis, and strengthen the communities with safety and support.

Life sometimes tends to get in the way of a person's happiness. Sometimes a person may feel overwhelmed that they do not have anyone to talk to. Family members are not a resource that a client may want to utilize in their moment of distress. I want my clients to feel that they have a resource and someone to help them through the different avenues of life. Welcome! I specialize in counseling for children (ages 2-12) addressing mental health concerns related to anger, anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress, self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, disruptive behaviors and interpersonal conflicts with others. I also specialize in counseling for parents and caregivers addressing concerns related to parenting, behavior management, and strained family relationships.
