I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience and engagement expertise in working collaboratively with diverse populations, families, groups, and individuals.

I serve older teens and adults in individual, couples, and family counseling. By clearing emotional blocks and increasing self-awareness, clients become more resilient and equipped to find solutions to their life dilemmas. I describe myself as having a servant spirit and a nonjudgmental, strength-based approach in connecting with each unique person. It is my privilege and blessing to be a vessel for healing as I witness growth and transformation in those who seek healthy change for their lives.

I have worked with individuals who have been through traumatic experiences and those diagnosed with severe mental illness. I do not limit myself to these specific populations. We outsource to companies providing Diversity training. Counseling is provided in office, In home, dedicated location, and video.

My clinical and research interests are 1) how culture plays a role in one’s life, 2) how to reconstruct relationships through reconstructing one’s unresolved trauma, and 3) strengthen one’s resilience to cope with life difficulties.
