Welcome! I am excited you are here. I work with most ages experiencing a variety of issues. My youngest clients are six and my oldest clients are baby boomers. Each stage of life offers its own unique challenges, and I will work with you to alleviate your symptoms and achieve the goals you have set for yourself. I am competent working with individuals suffering from social anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression, anger management issues, low self-worth, and abuse. I also work with clients experiencing divorce, break-ups, physical ailments, and life changes.

My ideal clients come into my office hoping to explore and better understand themselves and others, foster healthy and happy relationships, shift ineffective behavioral and relational patterns, and work towards a life that they consider fulfilled and worth living. I have built a specialized practice integrating my clinical skills and credentials with my broad life experiences in corporate communication and product management in a Fortune 500 Corporation, commercial design, teaching, and owning a small business. I focus on young professionals who are facing relationship, social, academic, mental health, and professional issues, to increase self-awareness and make better informed decisions. I counsel with parents of young adults who want to address issues of autonomy, accountability, finances, and boundaries. The goal is to reach a healthy balance of independence while remaining connected.

I am a relationship therapist. The past few years have seen rapid changes in the way we work, spend our time, and go about our daily lives. Perhaps like many, these last few years have worn you down considerably and negatively impacted your mental well-being. I am a Certified Sex Therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Denver and Boulder. Additionally, I received Marriage and Family Therapy training at Denver Family Institute where I worked extensively with couples, individuals, and families on damaging relationship patterns, strengthening emotional connections, and communication skills. I have extensive work with LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, polyamory, consensual non monogamy, out of control sexual behavior, kink, and many other sex related issues. I also love to use spirituality & mindfulness such as meditative & grounding techniques.

Mission: To be present beside those in darkness, listening to them, and helping them take the next step forward. Experience: For fourteen years I worked in Hospice and Palliative Care providing Social Work, family counseling, grief support groups, and grief counseling. Current Practice: I work full time in private practice as a counselor.

I work with adolescents and adults that struggle with a number of issues that include depression, anxiety, self-worth issues, and family conflict to name a few. I have a great deal of experience working with male adolescents, but I am not limited to this population and have had success working with adults of all kinds. A young adult struggling with where they fit into this world, an adult who is still processing though their past while looking to better their present and future, or just someone that is ready to open up and learn about themselves, I am here to process it all with you and collaborate on the growth and progress ahead.
