MN Counseling and Couples Center specializes in marriage, couples, relationship counseling, and sex therapy; including sex/porn addiction. We see adults and couples who are struggling in their marriage, relationship or sex life. Our goals are to help you better understand your situation, learn new skills, heal, rebuild and find hope.We offer Discernment Counseling for couples on the brink of divorce and want to take another look at the relationship before making a decision to divorce. We provide EMDR Therapy to heal from traumatic experiences such as abuse, rejection, abandonment, accidents, catastrophic events or medical trauma.

My experience includes work with families, children, adolescents, and adults from a variety of cultural and familial backgrounds. Blended families, families in conflict, couples in any stage from pre-marital to divorcing, and individuals longing to be heard are just a few of the populations with which I enjoy working. I join my clients through the challenges and transitions life presents, in a collaborative manner and without judgement. It is through humor, compassion, and setting attainable goals with my clients that I work.
