My hope is to create a safe space for you to explore yourself and your relationship(s) and for us to work together respectfully, openly, and honestly to achieve your goals. I am passionate about working with couples and have advanced training in Emotionally-Focused Couple Therapy (EFT). I enjoy working on marital/couple issues, LGBTQ+-related concerns, life transitions, existential issues, and gender identity. I also like working with mental health professionals and therapists!
I use an attachment-based framework and socio-cultural lens to conceptualize relationships and behavior whether working with individuals, couples, or families. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. I strongly believe in the EFT model and have seen it create profound and lasting change in intimate relationships.
I believe we all have strengths and resources that can assist in our healing. My job is to support you in accessing and utilizing those resources where possible. We will walk this path together to help you reach your goals for change and healing. Please note: my schedule is Mon-Thurs from mid-morning until 4:00pm
