Over the last 15+ years, I have found passion in building connections with therapy clients who want to manage stress and anxiety, work through changes in their lives, and/or live more authentically. Often, people come in to therapy having tried it before, not connecting or feeling like their provider ”got” them. My first goal for therapy is to provide a space for you to be seen, heard, and validated. This allows for development of trust and a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

There are circumstances that can throw someone off track - recovery is the journey of getting back on track. I am a very compassionate person and I walk through this journey with my clients and assist them in getting back on track to a life worth living. I wholeheartedly believe the past is necessary to explore, because in order to know where you're going, you need to know where you've come from. Additionally, you can't "say goodbye" to something if you haven't said hello to it.
