As a clinical sexologist, I help folks explore pleasure and better communicate in intimate relationships. As a relationship counselor, I work with couples and poly folks to improve their communication and connection. As a feminist therapist, I help clients dig deep to uncover their personal power, untangle anxiety and heal from trauma. I'm pro-choice, queer/bisexual identified, and welcome LGBTQ+ clients. I'm a curious counselor, and I help people dig to the roots of their pain. Fees are $200/session for individuals and $250 for couples (self-pay only, NO insurance).

I use a strength based approach and provide tools and insights to help break unconscious sabotaging patterns that keep you stuck. I provide a nurturing and compassionate space to help you regain your sense of self, as well as provide skills to stop negative, debilitating, critical and anxious thoughts.

I have worked with military members and their families for over twenty years. I have extensive experience with deployment, reunification, domestic violence, child abuse, childhood trauma, military trauma, addictions, depression and anxiety. I also work with couples who believe that participating in counseling is their last resort; issues with parenting children with challenging behaviors and adolescents that are having difficulties with socially interacting.

Whether you are facing challenges with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, divorce, parenting or co-parenting, partner relationships, trauma recovery, career stressors or life transitions, there is hope. I match treatment interventions based upon your needs, however I tend to use treatment approaches that are solution focused and trauma informed. I am a direct and active therapist using humor when appropriate. I utilize EMDR, Life Coaching, Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive-Behavioral approaches in my work.
