I help individuals with stress, worry, anxiety, depression, and all kinds of emotional and life problems. If you're experiencing emotional distress, you know it can affect your peace of mind, relationships, and work life. Consulting with an experienced counselor is a great way to discuss sensitive issues with an impartial person. Counseling can be helpful in many ways; to solve a problem, make a decision, change behaviors, get support during a tough time, gain awareness, process feelings and explore life issues. Therapy is a unique relationship geared toward your needs, emotional health, and personal growth.

I prefer to work in-person, but teletherapy can be helpful as a backup for occasional situations. If you are wanting to use insurance, check to see if I am in their network, and what your out of pocket cost will be. (Your plan sets the fee.)
