I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years of experience serving clients with a variety of issues. My area of expertise is relational issues- parent/child, friendships, romantic partnerships, and professional relationships. My treatment approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe how we think directly impacts how we feel and how we feel affects how we act. I teach clients how to replace problematic thought patterns with more positive and productive ones, as well as how to prioritize themselves and get their needs met without guilt. I work with clients 11 and up.
