It is a privilege to get to work with individuals seeking to create change in their lives. Deciding to start therapy is a courageous step; I’m glad you're here. A number of things bring people to therapy. You may be feeling stuck in some way. Perhaps you’ve recently experienced a major life transition, loss, or unexpected stressor. Maybe you are simply feeling overwhelmed by your thoughts and feelings and unsure how to move forward. I am passionate about meeting you where you are and working together to help you be your best, most whole self.
While I am a generalist, meaning I work with adults on a wide variety of mental health concerns, I do specialize in a few areas. These areas include anxiety and OCD, perfectionism, supporting new parents, and perinatal mental health concerns (including postpartum depression, anxiety, and OCD).
Every client is unique and I am committed to working with you to find the approach that will be most helpful. My goal is to empower you with tools to continue your own healing process. I value multiculturalism and diversity and am an affirming therapist who enjoys working with a wide range of clients.

Groups
Parents of Young Kids Support Group
Being a parent of a young kid(s) is hard work. This stage requires incredible amounts of energy, often leaving parents utterly exhausted. It is also a time of big feelings and lots of dysregulation from kiddos. This is all normal but can leave parents questioning themselves and feeling alone. This group is a place for parents to share authentically with one another about the struggles they are encountering. It is a space to get support, to relate to others and to feel a sense of community. Clients will experience reduced feelings of shame while cultivating compassion and empowerment.
