I want clients to know that their happiness and wellbeing are important and self care comes at the top of the 'to-do' list. I use a range of evidence based modalities. My clinical focus is on stress reduction, adjustment issues, relationship concerns, trauma, grief, and mood/anxiety disorders.

Current practice is provided 100% through telehealth. I work with preteens, teens, and adults, holding a certification for the treatment of Child and Adolescent Anxiety as well as a certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies. I place high value on providing compassionate, holistic care for each person and family I work with. I will work collaboratively with you and/or your child to uncover strengths and problem solving abilities, broaden self-awareness, increase distress tolerance, and when appropriate to decrease the body's overactive response to anxiety and stress. Together we will identify pathways to reach your therapeutic goals.

Anna Andrade is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for ARISE Psychotherapy Services who provides individual psychotherapy services to adults and older adults. The clients Anna works with are typically coming to therapy to address past trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, women’s issues, life transitions, mood disorders, and stress management. Anna has an integrated approach that is rooted in CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Interpersonal therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy. However, she also draws from alternative approaches such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), art therapy, and more.
