My passion is sex and relationship therapy, and helping clients explore and gain confidence in their sexual identities and romantic relationships. When it comes to sex, there is no “normal,” despite what our society tries to make us believe. I want to help you release any guilt, shame, or “hangups” you may have around sex, and provide a comfortable space for you to question and wonder what a pleasurable and satisfying sex life looks like for you. I also have experience providing therapy to college students and young adults, with issues ranging from stress and anxiety, to various traumas and mood disorders.

I specialize in working children of all ages to help them cope with her thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I encourage family involvement. My main goal is to meet the child at their level. Humor and teaching techniques may be used. Together we can help the child gain awareness of how their thoughts may be affecting their behaviors. We look at positive traits, strengths, and talents. I am knowledgeable of Psycho-Educational Evaluations, how to request an IEP/504, how to apply for accommodations for PSAT/SAT/ACT. I also see Adults of all ages, addressing their presenting issues in a positive way.

I believe in providing a safe environment where clients can explore their feelings, fears, and concerns. In attaining a strong and genuine therapeutic relationship, therapy can be a life-changing experience. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have extensive training in high conflict families as well as with children and teenagers with behavioral issues. Well, hello there! I'm Dr. Jen and I am a mother of three children, pet mom of four, and PA licensed psychologist and nationally certified school psychologist. I have worked in a variety of different levels of care such as Intensive Behavioral Health Services (formerly BHRS), residential, and private practices. Some of my former roles include working as school psychologist for the Green Tree School and HMS school. I am also the former Director of Evaluations at the Center for Autism. My previous experiences place me as a unique resource to families to help them navigate both home and school issues which is no easy task!

I have a Masters Degree in Counseling from Cairn University in Langhorne, Pennsylvania in 2006. TEENS: I help teens (and young adults), beginning at age 14 years, who are feeling overwhelmed by depression or anxiety and the isolation that it brings. Through a combination of talk therapy and practical skill-building, we'll work together to resolve their burdens and develop a solution for overcoming their challenges. Working through the hard stuff (with a healthy dose of laughter to get through the pain) leads them to a place of peace and relief. Finally, they're able to find joy in being themselves.

The various community mental health roles in which I have practiced extend into various settings, including: residential facilities, juvenile justice facilities, adult corrections, and outpatient management. My roles have included case management, management, and professional counseling. My name is Dr. Tsan and I'm medical doctor, certified hypnotherapist, homeopath, acupuncturist and reiki master. I am also the Medical Director of Philadelphia Holistic Clinic. In this clinic all holistic modalities reside under one roof. Holistic treatment is my specialty and I use it in my medical practice during the period of last 40+ years. The core concept of acupuncture is related to the qi energy that presents in our body. Hypnotherapy is a technique that combines the power of suggestion and an altered state of consciousness to change in behavior.

In sessions we will focus on mind body and sole to create a holistic approach to healing and growing.

We go to the gym to exercise our physical bodies, so engaging in therapy helps us strengthen our mental health.
