I have extensive training with most psychological disorders and relationship issues through use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In addition, I have developed a specific interest in treating obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and all other anxiety disorders. During my training and practice, I have gathered experience in both intensive and traditional outpatient settings. I offer a goal directed approach to treatment consisting of techniques centered in cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. I offer a supportive and non-judgmental space as I work with individuals of all ages who are experiencing the effects of trauma, loss, depression, anxiety, life stress and challenging life transitions.
