My approach to treatment is rooted in relational psychoanalysis in which principles of mutuality and curiosity inform the spirit of the therapeutic dynamic, while the impact of our early attachments and family history guide the process of working through ingrained patterns and developing healthier ways of coping with stress and relating to others.
