I utilize art therapy as a method to offer expression for emotions that are not able to be expressed through words. Connecting my educational background in fine arts as well as psychology I was able to complete my masters in Clinical art therapy and counseling. Professionally and in my personal life I have found that the ability to express ourselves in different ways can bring levity and peace throughout our daily interactions.
