In fancy language, I integrate the following evidence-based treatments: cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, & mindfulness. In session with my clients, this can include expressive arts such as spoken word/poetry, journaling, visual artwork, processing via media sources, and music listening.
Using a strength-based, client-centered approach, I strive to meet you where you are,listen, and provide the best therapeutic services. Groups
Becoming HER
Becoming HER is a group focused on teen girls between the ages of 13 and 17. This group includes components of support, psychoeducation, and therapy. It focuses on topics of empowerment, self esteem,self confidence, goal setting, boundaries, and decision making. Groups are enrolled as cohorts and are closed to new members once they begin. The next group cohort of Becoming HER will begin in January 2023. Please reach out if you are interested in your teen joining!
