With my nursing and social work background I offer a unique understanding working with clients. Using both my counseling and medical knowledge and expertise, I teach clients how to care for themselves emotionally and physically, using their strengths and talents and letting go of habits that are no longer helpful for them. I work with individuals ages 14 and older and couples who are struggling through a difficult time or have been struggling their whole life. There are answers to your concerns. Most of my clients come for therapy and stay for the coaching support. My "typical" or ideal client is often someone that feels stuck or overwhelmed. Sometimes these are feelings of anxiety or unmanageable stress. My clients are self-sufficient, high-functioning, and in many cases, people pleasers. Clients that want more out of life and don't know where to start. I specialize in anxiety disorders and absolutely love watching people begin to live the life they desire! Aside from traditional therapy, I offer coaching services. I'm passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. I hope we can work together!

I'm certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
