My passion is working one-on-one with youth to empower them through the processes of healing, growth, and success. Childhood and adolescence are crucial phases in development, including facing new challenges. These challenges can leave us feeling stressed and unsure how to move forward. We will work as partners to build the skills to conquer them. I'm also passionate about working with adults to process trauma and navigate life's transitions. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, and neurodivergent affirming therapy environment.

In current times, it can be easy to become overwhelmed with the stressors of life. Whether those stressors are workplace stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or whatever life may be throwing your way, we aim to help alleviate these circumstances through a safe and welcoming environment. We have several therapists at our three locations with the training and skills to help you become the best version of yourself.
