I will provide a nonjudgmental and objective environment for you to begin your healing and growth. I mainly use strength-based perspective and cognitive behavioral approach in therapy. Meaning, I will learn and use what you are good at to set small goals to change negative habits and thought processes to reduce symptoms.
My areas of interest include anxiety, ADHD, depression, life transitions, stress management, and OCD. Most of my experience has been in outpatient mental health settings helping adolescents and adults.
I offer a personalized and collaborative approach to each of my clients to ensure they receive the best possible care. I am passionate about providing a safe, confidential, and healing environment for any client.
