We are accepting new clients and have in-person and remote availability. When we started Pillars we quickly realized that to best help our clients we needed to partner with clinicians with diverse backgrounds and skills. We have remained steadfast in our efforts to create a team of clinicians with a varied specializations, so that we can be sure to effectively serve our clients and our community.

Most of our life’s challenges involve relationships. The ability to develop and maintain healthy relationships is an indication of psychological health. This is true in personal relationships as well as professional relationships. But as we all know relationships are complicated and often confusing. In our current climate we rely more and more on our devices to be the means in which we communicate. As a result we encounter more conflict with decreasing levels of satisfaction and fulfillment. We also are noticing decreased levels of social comfort. In general, life is significantly more complicated. I’m here to help guide you.

Hello! I am currently offering office sessions, Telehealth and phone sessions to people during this time of renormalizing life. I am a licensed mental health counselor with a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling & a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology. I recently completed a program focusing on nutritional consulting with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I work with people of all ages and I truly enjoy the process of therapy. I have been helping people for years and I can offer you safety and insight as you explore your stressors and create meaning out of your current experience.

We live in times of great change and transition, and though change provides ample opportunity for new avenues to be explored, it can also be overwhelming and confusing. Over the years and after receiving thousands of initial calls and emails from clients, it is clear that many are unsure of what they need or where to go. We find great pleasure in helping clients navigate this process. As a group practice we are able to provide services for a variety of needs: anxiety, addictions, pain management, depression, relationship issues, psychological testing, individual, life transitions and even helping clients who just want to live their best life! We stand out in our efforts to make this process as smooth as possible. Many providers boast about their training in a particular treatment approach (and this is important) but research suggests that the interventions are only part of the story. The fit between client and clinician, the wellbeing of the clinician, the ease of access and the experience of the treatment process matter as much, and sometimes more, than the particular treatment model used. Pillars of Wellness was founded with the hope of ensuring an ideal client-clinician fit and providing both clients and clinicians with a positive experience.
